This article presents the results of our research of master entitled;"between the factory and the home: Anthropology experience about life in factory of LarbaâNathIrathen".

The women worker express their willingness to work in order to satisfy their group’s needs.

To work outside in this region, they are confronted to kabyle considerations between feminine and masculine divisions and differences at the work site.

Although these several difficulties women workers continue to assume both their domestic and professional (trade) duties besides men.
