Abstract Many studies had been made on the Hadiths of music and musical instruments, Between rectifier (Saheeh chain of narrators) and unconvincing (weak chain of narrators), Then I stood on two studies had restricted the Saheeh and Hasan in seven Hadiths.The first research was for professor Abdullahi Yusuf Jadia, from Kuwait, and the second was from Sheikh Mohammed Nasser Eddin Albanian, which are the same Hadiths that IbnHazm already had said it is weak from his perspective, then the owner of the first research introduced a different study for the same Hadiths with different results ,, So I suggest that we need to do further studies, Perhaps we can negotiate to the preferred or the most authentic in these Hadiths; which can be helpful to scholars to State a judgment closer to the right on the issue of musical instruments; this study was an attempt by the researcher to provide a critical perspective of these Hadiths ..
