A search on the front of the research and its importance which is to set design tests skill represented in the battery tests skill especially for football players with special needs (deaf and dumb), and the research problem are the lack of battery tests to assess the level of the skills that can be adopted as the basis for an objective scientific of Before working in this field for the selection of the best, and the research aims to design and rationing tests to measure skill variables for the deaf and dumb players in football, and the hypotheses extract the most saturation tests using the method statistical (factor analysis) and extract the scientific basis to it.
