This study aimed at identifying the role of school administrations in increasing the effectiveness of school radio in serving the educational process in governmental primary schools in the Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate, and studying the role of gender, specialization, academic qualification and years of experience variables in increasing the effectiveness of school radio.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method; the sample included all members of the study population, from male and female principals of governmental primary schools in Ramallah and Al Bireh Governorate, amounting to (42) male and female principals.

The study concluded to a set of results, including: (that the estimation degree of the government primary school principals in Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorate for the effectiveness of school radio was high.

It appears that there is no difference between school male and female principals attributed to the variable of gender, and that school principals with scientific disciplines are more interested in increasing the effectiveness of school radio than those with literary disciplines.

It also concluded to a fact that school principals who have five year experience or less are most interested in increasing the effectiveness of school radio).
