الملخص الإنجليزي

This study searches the guarantees of public employee’s discipline under the supervision of Jordan Judicial system as well as in Oman, in the light of Jordan Civil Service System No.

82/2013 and Oman Civil Service System No.

120/2004 “Royal Decree” where the above-mentioned decrees discuss the meaning of public employee, his rights and duties, the relationship between him and the state in both countries.

This study brings to light the guarantees of public employee’s discipline under the supervision of administrative judiciary system which works for the benefit of the country.

The importance of this study is to identify the importance of disciplinary guarantees, especially in the stage of administrative investigation, and their impact on the fate of the public employee subject to them.

The study reached a number of conclusions and recommendations that it is one of the most important reasons for accountability of the public employee, which he must be careful and avoid falling into: failure to perform the duties as defined by the law and the most important to perform the work entrusted to him accurately and faithfully in the time and place allocated, The employee must work according to the directions of his direct boss in the interest of the work, and the employee must maintain the public funds, as well as the duty of duty to keep the secret of the profession, and must be good behavior and keep the secrets of the job.
