الملخص الإنجليزي

The purpose of this study is to analyze the nature of trafficking in human beings and its pillars in international law, the concept of international terrorism and international cooperation to fight it, and its impact on the reduction of human trafficking crimes in international law.

Of the trafficking in human beings.

The study adopted the method of studying the legal texts in the international laws related to the fight against terrorism and trafficking in human beings and analyzing them according to descriptive and analytical approach in a practical and theoretical framework.

The crime of trafficking in human beings is one of the crimes of a material effect.

The Palermo Protocol enumerates the exploitation of human trafficking crimes and the fight against terrorism contributes to the reduction of human trafficking crimes.

In light of the results of the study, it recommends combating various threats from terrorism through international cooperation, The researcher wishes the Jordanian legislator to criminalize the initiation, intervention and incitement of human trafficking crimes by a special provision instead of leaving them to the general rules, and equal between the intervening partner and the instigator in the penalty, in order to be in conformity with the conventions.

Which called for the criminalization of these acts.
