This study aims at identifying the level of professional performance of faculty members at Al- Jinan University in light of quality indicators from the point of view of graduate students, in order to achieve the goal, the researcher prepared a questionnaire that was applied to (76) students who were selected in a simple random way, to answer the study questions, arithmetical averages, standard deviations, T test, mono-variance analysis, and were calculated.

The results of the study showed that the level of professional performance of faculty members achieved a high degree, and that there were no statistically significant differences in the variables, the study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is that universities enhance the professional performance of faculty members, And to meet their wishes as much as possible, and work to adopt a system of positive reinforcement by adopting the system of material and moral incentives for those with high professional performance.
