It was research methodology descriptive analytical study tool questionnaire and study community colleges of University of Salahuddin-Erbil with leaders and study sample consisted of (97) the academic leader's.

In order to answer the above questions, Hypothetical model put to reflect the nature of the relations between the processes of management knowledge and strategic change areas and resulted in a set of assumptions about the President, which was tested using a number of statistical methods in data collected through questionnaire forms which distributed on Managerial leadership of Salahaddin university colleges.
