This study aimed to diagnose and develop solutions to the problems caused by failure to apply principles and rules of and design considerations when designing and shoe making, This action is designed taking into account proper design and manufacture shoes scientific basis which contributes to reduce diabetics, which produces wear shoes injuries, and emphasize the importance of compliance with the rules and principles proper to design the perfect shoe for diabetics I have used descriptive and analytical approach to describe and comparative data analysis and discussed based on scientific method to the foundations of shoe making and footwear designing, The data and information collected through survey instruments, observation, interview, And then analyze and discuss data and information The results were that diabetic patient's shoes are designed and manufactured in the local workshops and factories lack the aspects safety and quality and non-conformity with the standards and specifications recommended by diabetes physicians Whether the type of material used in the shoe or methods in the design and shoe making, The study recommended the importance of developing a private Specification in shoes for diabetes in Sudan and emphasized the importance of theoretical and practical training For workers in the shoe industry on the ways and methods of the scientific basis for the design of traditional and modern shoes.
