This study aims to measure the use of social media (Facebook, WhatsApp and Twitter) as a model in the dissemination of organizational values and their impact on improving the performance of employees in Saudi Universities: a field study on a sample of employees of King Khalid University The questionnaire was designed and distributed to the staff at King Khalid University in random sampling.

The sample size was 160 individuals with 13.

33% of the total size of the study population.

The number of returned forms was (72) of the total sample size.

The results of the study showed a significant correlation between the use of social means of communication and dissemination of organizational values, organizational values and performance improvement, and the use of means and performance improvement.

It explained that the level of the use of communication in the dissemination of organizational values in the university is somewhat weak.

One of the most important recommendations of the study is that the university leadership should invest these resources better and more efficiently.

The senior leadership should pay attention to exploiting the means of social communication in spreading organizational values, paying attention to the development of social relations with employees and treating them favorably, thus improving performance.
