The study took the right of human in Islamic law and the Sudanese statute according talk bester concepts of the right in speech and talk, bester Fours on the basic right of human in derails comparing between Islamic law and international advertisement for the human right in 1948 according to the Sudanese statues such as Sudan Republic Rule in 2005 and the criminal law in 1991.

The study aims to control the human basic right which interest the human as human according to the (Quran and sunna) and the right of international advertisement.

The human rights which make un argument today has been indicated by Quran and sunna Since fourteen century according to Islamic law and Bestor Ericson of human rights.

The argument of human right should be stopped because the human right has been existed in, Sudanese statues with in writing and advertisement in order to prevent ethers that the human right is being exists in our retegion and our national law.
