This study aims to pave the way for suggesting a new vision to an Arabic relativity which is built on Arabic bases.

It also aims at reaching a vision which is related to Arab people through the verbal forms and the limitations of time in the Arabic language.

This vision should be consistent with the syntactic relativity vision to help scholars and linguists to reach a complete lingual relativity.

This complete lingual relativity should consider the level of grammar, level of syntax, level of semantics, and level of phonetics.

This vision can be achieved within its domain which includes free, restricted, and transformed time as it can reflect the different perspectives of the individuals.

The signifying value of the verbal forms stems from considering them as having endless values in addition to freeing time is relative.

Presently, the perspective of Arab people to time- limitation might differ from the past.

Time transformations in the forms might be reflected in the Arab people' vision.

Time limitations for the verbal forms can be framed, where the principle of time relativity in the verbal forms can be proved.
