The aim of research is to reveal the impact of the use of smart devices on the social dialog controls for children in the Palestinian society from the point of view of the parents in Gaza Strip, the study used the descriptive survey, the study sample consisted of(291) expatriates of the parents distributed over three governorates, these samples have selected by the random class way2 The results revealed that the rate of(82.2%) of the children using smart devices, and the most prominent applications of those devices Advanced order by use(75.7%), and YouTube by use(17.8%) and in last place came the use of tensing up(6.5%), and results showed that males use smart devices more than the use of the female, and most age groups widely used smart devices were age group(26-30 years), and for qualification to the variable results were in favor of the campaign Degree Bachelor.

The study made a number of recommendations and suggestions.
