The architectural reading of the city of Annaba allows us to detect many architectural movements passing through history, undermined by the designers of new realizations that seem to be limited to the benchmarks of contemporaneity(Curtain wall,…), believing to find a more attractive urban image.
Through a stylistic analysis, the present article has for objective to spot the different styles of the architectural production in Annaba, in a perspective of paralleling what is inherited to what is currently produced.
الملخص FRE
La lecture architecturale de la ville de Annaba nous permet de déceler les multiples mouvements architecturaux qui ont traversé l’histoire, dont semblent se détourner les concepteurs des nouvelles réalisations.
Ces derniers sont plutôt enclins à utiliser les repères de la contemporanéité (mur rideau, etc..), croyant fournir une image urbaine matérielle plus attractive.
Le présent article a pour objectif de mettre la lumière sur les multiples styles qui constituent la production architecturale à Annaba, à travers une analyse stylistique, dans la logique de mise en parallèle de ce qui est hérité par rapport à ce qui est produit actuellement
