The functional efficiency possessed by the athlete has a direct role and the large and influential in the level of performance in the right manner, which results in good performance to win the game and also the research contained .

The research problem is that most of the trainers focused on the skill performance and didn’t pay special attention to the functional variables, including the rate of energy spent during the voltage and the short phosphophonic capacity, which has a direct impact on the accuracy of the outstanding performance.

Therefore, the researcher decided to study this problem by conducting a study showing the relationship of the rate of energy spent during the effort and the short physiognomic ability, .
