Considered crime is a social phenomenon, with its parameters, their causes and their effects on the individual, family and society, the study aimed to reveal the reasons for the murder, and social impacts from the perspective of those accused of the killings in Gaza Central Prison, and to achieve objectives of the study the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach to the appropriateness of the nature of the current study, and developed a questionnaire in the light of previous literature and research related to, where the resolution in its final form is a (47) items, were applied to a sample of (155) accused of murder in the central prison in Gaza (50%) of the total of the defendants, and recovered the researcher (129 ) to identify incorrect.

Data analysis was based on statistical analysis Package for Social Sciences, and using a set of descriptive and reasoning tests The study found a range of results was most important that the degree of sample estimates of the reasons for committing the crime of murder was (64%), came the religious dimension of the first prize with a relative weight (71.42%), followed by the social dimension relative weight was (64.82%), then the economic dimension weight relative (62.14%), and was the last level psychological dimension relative weight (59.78%).

The most social impacts of the murder: family disintegration relative weight (70.24%), then the prevalence of addiction in the community relative weight (70.24%), then the deviation of family members, and relative weight (68.54%).

The results of data analysis also showed that there are no differences between the averages of sample estimates of the study on the reasons for the crime of murder and social impact attributable to the variables: age, education level, monthly income, place of residence, and kinship with the deceased, it appeared only differences due to the variable Nog crime In light of the results of the study the researcher recommended the importance of providing psychological and religious counseling for adolescents about the murder and social impact, as well as recommended the need to provide social support and psychological support for people with manslaughter.
