Feminism in the world has passed through many intellectual and ideological movements and different theories.

It has also been effected by some writers and thinkers like John Stewart and others, but it became prominent in literature and fine arts .

Thus, literary texts express women expectations in life and society and introduce the most important women issues in regarding liberty and defending her humanistic and social rights in addition to her historical struggle to be on equal with the man.

This research discusses the feminine features in the literary works of the novelist ( Ebtesam Abdullh) especially in her story collection (incense).

The novelist has presented woman issues, especially Iraqi women issues, during the war period.

The novelist adopted a set of issues that the woman is interested in like masculine dominance and freeing women from men’s control.

Furthermore, the novelist talked about body, love and freedom by using expressive language and a splendid artistic style.
