This research is concerned with presenting an analytical approach for two stories of Yousef Al-Sharouni, published together, presenting two contradictory visions of human life with its objective dimension.

However, they seek to achieve an integrated narrative system based on intellectual dialogue and artistic correspondence: Fear on one hand and courage on the other.

In order to read the perspectives of this narrative adventure, the research highlighted the most important elements of innovation in the Arabic narrative discourse, (and Sharouni is one of its pioneers) as manifested in the construction and linguistic fabric of intellectual content and its psychological intensity of the views of the narrator and his positions.

And then, the study highlighted another prominent element in the narrative: the cinematic techniques in the narrative language, and such techniques serve to give new perspectives and horizons to critical reading which can be achieved by its special tools: script language, close and distant footage, montage, synchronization.
