Adoption or legal collection (Kafala) is a humanitarian act designed to provide the child deprived of a family a favorable family climate to rebuild his broken links with his biological parents.

The purpose of this contribution is to analyze the quality of the bonds of attachment that the child collected in Kafala can weave with his adoptive parents (Kafiloune) The results obtained by six subjects, using the test of history to be completed, coded by the procedure of the cards for the complete of histories, showed that indeed, the legal collection (Kafala) in good conditions, is a relevant path for the recovery of attachment links in the child deprived of family.

Five of the six tested subjects developed a secure attachment representation.

However, the small size of our sample highlights the relevance of another study on a larger sample.

الملخص FRE

L’adoption ou le recueil légal (Kafala) est un acte humanitaire destiné à assurer à l’enfant privé de famille un climat familial favorable pour reconstruire ses liens rompus avec ses parents biologiques.

L’objectif de cette contribution est d’analyser la qualité des liens d’attachement que l’enfant recueilli en Kafala peut tisser avec ses parents adoptifs (Kafiloune) Les résultats obtenus par six sujets, à l’aide du test d’histoire à compléter, codés par la procédure des cartes pour le complètement d’histoires, ont montré qu’effectivement, le recueil légal (Kafala) dans des bonnes conditions, est une voie pertinente pour la récupération des liens d’attachement chez l’enfant privé de famille.

Cinq sujets testés sur les six ont élaboré une représentation d’attachement sécure.

Cependant, la taille réduite de notre échantillon, met en évidence la pertinence d’une autre étude sur un échantillon plus large.
