Research Objective: The research aims to: Knowledge of the effects of overlapping waves in the achievement and acquisition of rhetorical concepts among students of the fifth grade literary.

Search Parameters: To achieve the goal of the research, the researchers put the following zero hypotheses: There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average grades of students who study the rhetoric of interlocking waves and the average grades of students who study rhetoric in the traditional way of achievement.

There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average score of students who study the rhetoric of interlocking waves and the average grades of students who study rhetoric in the traditional way to acquire rhetorical concepts.

In order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher chose the secondary girls for Girls of the Directorate of Education of Babil province for the academic year 2017-2018.

In the random drawing method, the researcher chose (A) to represent the experimental group that will study the rhetoric according to overlapping waves with 24 students.

B) The control group that will study the language of rhetoric according to the normal method.

With 24 students, the researchers conducted equivalence between the students of the two research groups in the following variables: 1- The student's age is calculated in months.

2- Educational achievement of parents.

3- Educational achievement of mothers.

4- Degrees of the Arabic language in the final exam for the fourth grade of the academic year 2016- 2017.

After defining the material to be studied during the duration of the experiment, the researcher formulated the behavioral objectives of the ten subjects, which were (96) ninety-nine behavioral goals, and then presented to a group of arbitrators to indicate its validity.

The two researchers prepared plans for the subjects to be taught during the duration of the experiment.

The researchers studied the two research groups on their own during the duration of the experiment, which lasted ten (10) weeks.

After the experiment the researchers applied the test of achievement and acquisition of the rhetorical concepts.

To determine their validity, after the end of the trial period, the researchers applied the final test to the students of the two research groups.

After analyzing the results statistically, the two researchers reached:That there is a difference between the two groups (experimental and control) in achievement and acquisition of rhetorical concepts, and for the benefit of the experimental group.

In light of the findings of the researchers, she recommended the following: 1- The need to adopt the teachers of the Arabic language and its schools strategy overlapping waves, because of their effectiveness in critical thinking.

2- The need to encourage teachers and teachers to use the strategy of waves intertwined effectively in the teaching of rhetoric.

3- Introducing students of the fifth phase of the scientific strategy of overlapping waves and training them through the curriculum curriculum, especially in the teaching methods.

Second: Proposals: To complement the current research, the two researchers propose the following: 1- Conduct a similar study for the current study in the stages and other classrooms.

2- Conduct a similar study to find out the effect of using the strategy of overlapping waves in the rest of the branches of the Arabic language such as Arabic grammar, literature, dictation, and reading, because the current research was limited to rhetoric only.

3- Conduct a similar study for the current study to know the effect of the strategy of overlapping waves in other dependent variables such as creative thinking and expressive performance.

4- Conducting a balance study between the students of the preparatory stage with their scientific and literary branches to know the effect of the strategy of waves intertwined in the acquisition of rhetorical concepts.
