الملخص الإنجليزي

The present study aims at identifying the effect of Bayer strategy on achievement and social intelligence in girl-students of fifth literary grade in the subjects of philosophy&psychology.

The sample of this research includes girl-students of fifth literary grade in day schools which are subordinate to general directorate of education in Baghdad Al-Rusafa for the school year2016-2017A.D,the sample size reaches(55)girl-students who are randomly distributed into in two branches(B.c),first experimental group represent the branch(B) who studied according to Bayer strategy.

The branch(c) represent control group who studied according the ordinary method.

The researcher equalizes the two groups in terms of calendar age and intelligence.she specifies the scientific subject of the scholastic chapters of philosophy&psychology in the first semester for the fifth literary class.

She formulates behavior objects and puts teaching plans that are necessary for two groups and they have been offered to experts.

Also, she conducts a test of achievement consisting of(40) items of the multiple choice and essay.

She conducts a test of social intelligence scale consisting of(40) items the experiment continus for the first during which she was teaching the two groups.

At the end of the experiment,both means of research are applied to girl-students of the two groups.

After statical data processing results indicates that Bayer strstegy is positive in achievement and social intelligence in girl-students
