الملخص الإنجليزي

The research aims to investigate the John's Zahorek sample in gaining the hereditary concepts for first intermediate students in biology lesson.

The researcher used the experiential format which has partial set in two equal group: experimental and set.

The research's community included the first intermediate students in intermediate and secondary schools which belong to Al-qadisiya education office for 2016-2017, through random picking up from the research's community, we chose Al-Kandy secondary school as research's sample, and in the same way we chose two classes from the first class from the mentioned school, the (A) contains (30) students as the experimental group, while (B) includes (29) students as set group.

The research's tool showed by the researcher by choosing test for measuring of gaining the hereditary concepts consists in final shape from (28) test from question and four answers, the results of the research showed that the students of experimental group whose studied according Zahoric's sample exceed on the set group who studied according to usual sample in test of gaining the hereditary concepts
