تأثير نوع الوسط و المدعم و مستوى اللقاح في بعض الصفات المظهرية و الإنتاجية للفطر المحاري (Pleurotus sapidus)‎

This study was conducted at the project of Organic fertilizer preparing and mushroom cultivation in Karbala governorate & satellite to organic farming center of Baghdad, during 2015 and 2016 to study the effect of three factors (A) Substrate type included : Wheat straw (W), Corn cobs (C), Date Palm fronds wastes (P), 50% Wheat straw+50% Corn cobs (WC), 75% Wheat straw+25% Corn cobs (WwC), 50% Wheat straw+50% Date Palm fronds wastes (WP) and 75% Wheat straw+25% Date Palm fronds wastes (WwP).

(B) Supplement type were three : Without Supplement (SU0), 20% wheat bran (SU1) and 20% Grass land cutting wastes (SU2).

(C) Spawn level were three levels : 3%(SP1), 5%(SP2) and 7%(SP3), on growth and productivity of oyster mushroom (Pleurotus sapidus) as a factorial experiment according to Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three replicates and use three bags for each experimental unit.

All data were analyzed by ANOVA table according to Genstat program and means were tested by (LSD) at 0.05 probability level.

The results revealed that the substrate type on the morphological and productivity characteristics of Oyster Mushroom where (C) substrate given a shorter time to complete growth (34.26 days), (P) substrate recorded the longer period which was 35.85 days, as the mushroom period requested of 6.00 days to formed the fruit bodies, while the longer period recorded in the(W) substrate (8.11 days).

The higher weight of fruit bodies obtained by (C) substrate which was194.10 g.kg.-1 of dry weight of substrate and biological efficiency was 48.33%, while the (WwP) substrate gave lower quantity of yield (127.20 g.kg.-1) of substrate with 46.01% biological efficiency.

On phenotype characteristics and fungi productivity supplementation with grass land cutting wastes a shorter time to complete growth was 34.56 days, while wheat bran supplementation recorded shorter period for the fruit body formation (6.13 days), however wheat bran supplementation recorded higher wet weight and biological efficiency were 187.40 g.kg-1and 58.23% respectively.

Spawn level recorded a shorter growth period and fruit bodies formation which were 34.41 and 5.97 days respectively.

The SP3 level given a higher wet weight and biological efficiency which were 188.00 g.kg-1 and 58.96% respectively.

The two – ways and three – ways interaction between the factors of this study recorded a significant increase in the most morphological and productivity of oyster mushroom fungus (P .sapidus).
