This study was conducted in order to determine the possibility of stimulating systemic resistance in pepper plants against cucumber mosaic virus (CMV) using two types of bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens and Azotobacter chroococcum, and salicylic acid and with two types of fungi Trichoderma Koningii and/or T.

hamatum to evaluate the effectiveness of each treatment individually or to gather in suppressing CMV.

Results of Irrigation treatments with bacterial bio control agents reduced infection and increased the chlorophyll content.

The chlorophyll content was the highest (226.04 mg/100g fresh weight (FW)) where plants treated with P.

fluorescens mixed with A.

chroococcum followed by (174.51 and 141.56) mg/100gFW from plants irrigated with A.

chroococcum and P.

fluorescens, respectively.

The bacterial mix also improved all plant growth indicators and resulted in 44.93 cm, 34.40 cm, 16.73 g, 20.33 g, 6.59 g and 16.20 g for shoot and root length, shoot and root fresh weigh, shoot dry weight and root dry weight, respectively.

There was no significant difference between irrigation and dipping with bacterial mix.
