This research tackles holding a complete agricultural project that provides the consumer with healthy animal and vegetarian products of high quality on a land area of 10 acres in Kufa district of Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf province in a productivity age of 6 years.

The basic products of this project are: meat of fish and birds of turkey, packages of bees honey and pollen, dates of Al-Barhy, buckthorn fruits, lemon, and green feeds, in addition to producing organic fertilizers that are made from birds waste, trees remnants, and the water of fishbowls to fertilize the land and the plantings of that farm.

In addition to the project illustrates all the needs of building, facilities, equipment, machines, furniture, and tools with their costs, the achieved incomes and profits by making a social, environmental, financial, commercial, technical and marketing feasibility study for it; depending on the information that has been taken from the survey by the questionnaire forms that have been distributed on a number of members of agricultural associations, beekeepers union in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, and elite of researchers and specialists in college of agriculture, agriculture directorate, agricultural engineers association, and a group of qualified farmers in Kufa district.

The front and back links between the different productive project lines and its effect on quality and quantity productivity that contributes in reducing the costs and increasing the profits.

This study has concluded the three products from the integrated farm project that we will study (packages of bees, buckthorn fruits and green feeds), requires the following costs for the first year: The fixed capital: 29,022,400 ID The working capital: 14,810,000 ID The fixed operating costs: 2,459,040 ID The total costs: 46,291,440 ID The income of the same year: 42,195,000 ID The recovery period: 5.7 % from the second year that is almost 386 days.

While the obtained profits during the project's productive age , are estimated as 194,279,170 ID .
