الملخص EN

Among the most intellectual and cultural phenomena and the most existance civilisational link between the magribian islamic regions we notice those which have been recorded in fatawa books of nawazil that have been exicted in maghribian societies.

Those phenomena was given to religious men Fokahae to make judgements according to the islamic laws and fatewa .

Among these fikeh documents which have been recorded in the Maghreb country in the end of the middle age we we find (el dorar lmaknona fi nwazil mazoun for yahia lmazouni ) and we find also (el mi3yar for ahmed bn yahia elwanchrisi) in which we stand according to them on multiple communication phenomena and different thinking radiancies( thinking aspects).

All of the previous phenomena can be seen in form of 'nawazil' that delt with different issues and questions which was exposed and sent to fokahae differently with a purpose of finding an appropriate solutions taken from pure islamic laws sources (muslims legislations).

In the late middle age, a big chance was given to Telemcen scholars ,scientist and fokahae to deal with maghrib islamic problems and issues at different level and from different angles such as social, economic, even political and thinking aspects .

The turning point was marked at that time by 'nawazil' books and by the effort that was given and done by Telemcenian fakih Abo Abdellah Elsharif in the islamic legislation domains through 'iftae' plan and process by deducing islamic laws to those nawazil in various aspects that came from different regions such as :Maghrib Kairaouan, Constantine, Bijaya , Algiers , Mazona, Faris , Marakish, Sela and even El Andalos.

He worked hard and he tried his best to solve problems and treat issues to avoid any conflicts based on strong facts believes ,knowledge and hardwork.

Abi Abdallah Shirif took a high position because of what he has offered to islam.
