This essay is composed of an introduction, four chapters and an ending.

The first chapter explains the etymology of the word 'name' and it's definition in the language.

The second chapter includes a definition of al-Husna (the best and the most beautiful) in the language and the meaning that Allah's names are Husna.

The third chapter mentioned four principles for al-Asma alHusna; and they are as follows: The first: that the name is mentioned in the Quran and the Sunnah.

The second: that the name is mentioned in the Islamic texts in the shape of a name.

The third: that the name that's mentioned in the Islamic texts indicates a good meaning for Allah in all aspects without any reservation or condition.

The fourth: that it's allowed to invoke Allah with that name.

The essay explained that al-Asma al-Husna is divided in two categories in concern to it's Islamic and intellectual evidences: The first: The names that only the Islamic evidences denote (Asma Khabariyyah).

The second: The names that the Islamic as well as the intellectual evidences denote (Asma Sam'iyyah Khabariyyah 'Aqliyyah).

The essay explained as well that al-Asma al-Husna are divided into two categories in concern to how they are mentioned in the Islamic evidences: The first: the name mentioned by itself in the Islamic texts.

The second: the name mentioned in the Islamic texts by itself or connected with other names.

The names mentioned together in the Islamic texts have two categories: The first: names mentioned together without a conjunction particle between them.

This can happen with two names or more.

The second: names mentioned together with a conjunction particle between them.

The essay also explained that al-Asma al-Husna are divided into three categories in concern to what the names and the attributes denote: The first: Allah's names that denote all of the names and attributes.

The second: Allah's names that denote more than one attribute.

The third: Allah's names that denote one attribute.

The essay also explained that al-Asma al-Husna are divided into two categories in accordance to what they denote of affirmative and negated meanings: The first: al-Asma al-Husna that include affirmative and negated meanings.

The second: al-Asma al-Husna that denote affirmative meanings.

The essay also explained that al-Asma al-Husna are divided into two categories in accordance to their denoting of attributes of continues actions and chosen actions: The first: the names that denotes attributes of chosen actions.

The second: the names that denote attributes of chosen action and continues actions.

The attribute of chosen action that the name denote can be transitive or non-transitive.

The essay was completed with an ending that included it's most important results.
