The study aimed to know the requirements of the Nanny kindergarten preparation at the university in light of comprehensive quality standards, and the increasing interest reasons in quality standards in preparing Nanny in kindergarten colleges, In addition to table a proposal to set up a nanny kindergarten at the university in light of the overall quality standards, the Researcher adopted descriptive and analytical approach, through access to literature on quality requirements of ethical and moral trends, and studies on the reality of the kindergarten teacher preparation colleges.
