He was keen to build schools and mosques and attach them to a library in Damascus, Homs, Hama, Aleppo, Mosul and other different schools of thought, moreover he was closed the scholar sand give the highest position in houses and the greatest and intended from various parts, and this was in support of the intellectual movement in his state and strong sword against the Shiite presence in the Islamic East in 6th century Hijri, corresponding to the eleventh century AD.
