This paper tries to put a light upon the Cold War between two regional powers, namely ;Saudi Arabia and Iran, through its treating of the following problematique : What are the indicators of the Cold War between Saudi Arabia and Iran and its regional implications and its future scopes within turbulent Middle East ? This problematique will be analysed by adopting a methodological - theoretical approach, through which the paper will, methodologically, implement historecal, comparative and statistical methodes.

Theoretically, the paper will ,implicitly, adopt both Realist and Constructivist approaches.

The paper concludes that the curent Cold War between Saudi Arabia and Iran reaches its highest point as a result of the assassination of the Religious Shiist Man Namr Baker Namr.

Many Arab and Muslem Countries support Saudi Arabia in its Cold War against Iran.

The crisis has its negative implications upon the two Regional Powers’ economies, because of the oil security dilemma, in the aftermath of the deterioration of oil prices in the World Market.

Inspite of the fact that the Cold War between the two Regional Powers has reached its highest point, there will be no military confrontation between them in the near future.

Instead, the Cold War will be ended peacefully as a zero sum game, on behalf of one side with an advantage of Saudi Arabia.

The area will be, however, encountered a divided plan for many Arab and Muslum countries, especially Saudi Arabia and Iran, in the medium range as a result of emerging a New Middle East Map, leading by both The United States and Israel, instead of both Great Britain and France to fulfill the Great Israeli Dream.
