Algeria’s state budget incomes are based on fiscals that consist of two majors suppliers: regular fiscal and petroleum one.

The outcome of this latter exceeds its regular contribution in the general income which made Algeria’s overall budget conditioned by several out of control factors such as petroleum prices, global market stability, climatic conditions ...etc In this context, the study aims to highlight the impact of the fluctuations in petroleum fiscal on the balance of Algeria’s state budget during the period of 2008-2017 and also on its basic components, a strong correlation has been distinguished between petroleum fiscal and the state budget situation, after it has registered a major imbalance seen in the latter as result of declining oil collection
