the study problem was how to cost management by using one of the modern methods and the value chain and its role in reducing costs in the construction sector and put the problem through the following questions: Do you care about the Sudanese contractors apply value chain? What is the impact of using a value chain cost management tools reduce the cost of construction? And branched off from him the following questions: what impact measure value in reducing construction costs? Impact analysis of value in reducing the costs of Contracting? What is the impact of value management in construction costs reduction? And the purpose of this study is to: use method in value chain cost management and maintain the level of quality required to achieve competitive advantage in construction companies in Sudan.

Contribute to providing solutions that enhance the possibility of economic units in strategic management and cost reduction for the purpose of prostitution and the growth in competition environment.
