Aim of the study for the role of leading women in forming society Through the assumption of some administrative positions in state institutions, And their ability to change these institutions, The researcher chose Diyala University as an educational institution that contributes to the formation of society, The aim of the study was to identify the most important characteristics of women leaders through the distribution of a questionnaire that was designed to identify the variables of the study and to address them statistically.

The results of search: 1- The existence of a positive effect in terms of statistical characteristics of women leadership and impact on the formation of society.

2- The existence of a positive effect in terms of statistical skills of women leadership and impact on the formation of society.

3- The Iraqi woman has ability in leading administrative positions
