In this context, I have touched on fundamental issues in which the difficulties must be overcome by proposing urgent solutions and recommendations in the following areas: 1-Development of the investment-oriented real estate offer in all forms of industry, agriculture, tourism ...

This requires the revision of certain legislative and regulatory texts.

2- The role of local authorities in the development of the agricultural sector.

3- Simplify the administrative procedures, in particular avoid the concentration of all the procedures of the requests of notices of conformity, licenses and administrative credits in order to facilitate and accelerate the procedures related to the realization of the investment projects.

4-The role of local authorities in supporting the institution, in particular by providing greater facilities for procedures for awarding public contracts to small businesses and to help them succeed in order to expand their business.

5-Promote tourism so that it is at the heart of the dynamics of local development, by simplifying and facilitating the investment process in tourist expansion areas and forest areas.

As for the recommendations and suggestions, they are oriented in the context of the deepening of the decentralization process and the management of vital economic issues for local investment.
