This study aimed at uncovering the relationship between the psychological stresses of the mothers of the adolescents with mentally disabilities, and its relationship to some variables, (the degree of disability, mother’s occupation,), The researcher used the descriptive analytic method.

The sample included (20) mother taken by the simple random sampling way.

The researcher used the scale of the psychological stresses, The statistical processes included: (t) test), Standard Deviation, Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient.

The results showed that: there were significant differences in the psychological stresses according to the degree of mentally disabilities favor of the mild mentally disabilities, there were significant differences in the psychological stresses according to the mothers’ occupation in favor of the working mothers.

In the lights of these results the researcher presented a number of recommendations important of which: attention is to be payed to the lectures and debates about psychological stresses.

Making use of the media in raising awareness of the society about the importance of the psychological stresses for all the societal sects, to conduct a study targeting all the mothers in order to identify the level of psychological stresses, conducting a study on the mentally disabilities adolescents to identify their psychological stresses an to identify the role of the families in providing psychological stresses.
