The aim of this research was to determine the quality of life and its relation to job satisfaction among the workers in the special education centers in the state of Al- Jazhira, and to find out whether there were differences of reference for the variable (age and experience).

The researchers followed the descriptive approach.

The sample consisted of (73) The data were statistically analyzed using the SPSS using the Pearson correlation test factor, and the T test for one community, (T) test for two independent samples, and the analysis test Mono (Anova) .The researchers found the following results: The quality of life of workers in the centers of special education in the state of Al-Jazhira is high and job satisfaction is high and there is a positive correlation statistically significant between the quality of life and job satisfaction and there are statistically significant differences in quality of life according to the variable of experience for (3 years and above) Based on these results, the researchers presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: the establishment of more centers of special education in cities and rural areas with high specifications and an appropriate working environment.
