Mahmoud Haidar, the Lebanese researcher, presents a study titled: "the philosophy of repudiation-criticism of Hegel's view of Islam and the east" in which he seeks to project the speculations of the modernity metaphysics toward the east generally and Islam in particular.

besides, he opined to approach Hegel's view so it would be one of the representations establishing for the philosophy of repudiation, including what it embeds of abolishing the legality of the other's existence in the knowledge and the philosophical system of the western modernity.
