This study sheds light on one of the most important elements of good governance, namely transparency, accountability and their role in improving the performance of public management systems.

This study includes the definition of transparency , Accountability and direct impact in improving the performance of public management arrangements, as well as a statement of the negative effects on weak transparency, accountability and reflection on the performance of governing bodies, and Level of citizen satisfaction with the services provided by these administrative agencies, it also addresses the study aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the administrative work of public administrative bodies and to identify the obstacles that limit the application of transparency and Responsibility of the administrative bodies in the Algerian public administrations, and then propose To strengthen the application of transparency and accountability of the organs of public administration.
