This study aims to reorganize the nature of sukuk and the role played by these instruments to provide the liquidity to investors and the development of the local and international economy, this research also aims to analyze the reality of the global sukuk market during the period (2001-2015), To achieve the above objective the researcher used the descriptive analytical method through discussion and analysis of many indicators relating to global sukuk market published by the International Islamic Financial Market (IIFM) in the last sukuk report “5 th Edition” entitled: “A comprehensive study of the global sukuk market” published in March 2016, At the end the study has been reached to a number of conclusions and recommendations that could be assisted many Arabic and Islamic countries to entry in the sukuk market and benefit from these advantages
