The Algerian agricultural sector had witnessed several reforms,the aim of all these reforms is to find an optimal regulatory framework for a good or better results than the former, which mean that the optimal exploitation of available energies, as the Algerian government has given a great importance to the agricultural sector, because of the available capabilities of natural, human, plant and animal resource, qualify it to rise the development wheel through increasing the gross domestic product and individual share of it, And to provide job opportunities, especially in rural areas, which had drawn a practical plan which aimed to achieve the balance and stability of food that passes through the promotion of agriculture and the provision of the necessary facilities like support and motivation programs which were provided by the peasants and workers in the agricultural sector, As well as investments in infrastructure by the State to provide the appropriate conditions for agricultural development
