The entrprise seeks to achieve the success through its human resources.
Consequently, they are subject to their training in the professional field and make them more willing to perform the tasks entrusted to them.
What concerns us here, in our study is the importance of this training in the organization and that, showing the training objectives, and how to classify training programs to serve the individual trainee on the one hand and on the other hand the organization.
Where the training is to improve the performance of individuals and the organization.
الملخص FRE
L’entreprise cherche à atteindre le succés grâce à ses ressources humaines.
En conséquence, ils sont soumis à leur formation dans le domaine professionnel et de les rendre plus disposés à effectuer les tâches qui leur sont confiées .
Ce qui nous préoccupe ici, dans notre étude est l'importance de cette formation dans l'organisation et que, en montrant les objectifs de la formation, et la façon de classer les programmes de formation afin de servir le stagiaire individuelle d'une part, et d'autre part l'organisation.
Où que la formation vise à améliorer la performance des individus et de l'organisation.
