have cast a shadow over the economies of Third World countries through the liberalization of trade and the movement of capital and labour, and remove or reduce the powers of legislative constraints and regulatory on national markets and openness to international competition.

All of these developments involve the so-called globalization, which have gained considerable attention by researchers and scientists, and we are through this our research we focused on the phenomenon of the economic aspect (economic globalization) and strategies that can be adopted by the human resources management in the face of the challenges of this phenomenon .

Where we came in the fourth that confront human resources to the challenges of economic globalization administration requires them to adopt a structure enabling it to keep pace with contemporary shifts in management techniques and cognitive techniques strategies, through the formulation and implementation of strategies for efficient and effective by a list of works and a new agenda for managers human resources to meet the shortfall in expertise, strong knowledge of the strategy, learning etc.

And to address our research we used descriptive and analytical approach
