Liberalization of foreign Trade Policy is the imperative of the Algerian economy extracted from agreements and foreign partnerships and accession to international institutions, So the Algerian State Hard Founded on the application Since the nine-ties make the necessary reforms , And codified and we set Variables ,balance of trade balance ,Foreign investment and customs revenues, Which we have tried to study their impact on the international competitiveness Using statistical program (EVIEWS 08), Which proved the existence of a strong relationship (83%) recorded a positive correlation With foreign direct investment and an inverse relationship with the balance of the balance of trade and customs revenues .And therefore It can conclude that Liberalization of foreign trade policy may have to increase the international competitiveness through foreign investment and customs revenues, because the relationship of these two variables are the same with international competitiveness,But the balance of trade balance is a positive correlation with the liberalization of foreign trade policy And reverse with international competitive-ness.
