The scholars of the creed, the educators and the Mystics have given great importance to the term “Mercy”, as it is one of the attributes of Allah, one of the ethics the prophet (peace and blessings of allah be upon him) and among the morals of the righteous.

They spoke about it extensively.

But, many researchers and authors overlook what the scholars say about this term.

And, this is what I have tried to deal with and research; I have explained the advent of this term in the Holy Quran and the Sunna, and its related words, and the mentioned its uses among the scholars in the chapter of worship, and then in the section of transactions, and devoted a section to indicate what the jurists did not see befitting with mercy such as The establishment of sanctions, the judiciary and so on.

And in Conclusion I mentioned the key findings and recommendations.
