The straight Sharia of Islam seeks to save offspring by two ways: On the one hand, it legislates right marriage to ensure its permanence and continuation.

On the other hand, it is forbidden to attack the right marriage in any way in order to save it from loss, mixing and loss of genealogy.

As a means to save offspring, Islam legislates Iddah to prepare the woman to leave her husband, in order to ensure innocence of the uterus and the absence of mixed genealogy.

In this study, the researcher discusses the effect of incorrect marriage on the Iddah.

The scholars of fiqh discussed the issue of Iddah on incorrect marriage; Some of them did not make it obligatory, and some of them make it obligatory, whereas the people of the law also differed about the necessity of Iddah on incorrect marriage.
