The industry's role in creating jobs and spreading innovation is an important driver and remains a major challenge, particularly in terms of increasing competitiveness capacity and the bargaining power of the industry.

Nevertheless, it is difficult to undertake in a context where freedom of enterprise and the general economic situation are not optimal.

Algeria is plagued by a series of major structural and economic issues.

In this article, we will discuss the issues facing the sector, for a better understanding of the factors that hinder the emergence of their industrial enterprises and their sustainability.

In order to answer these questions, we will adopt a descriptive methodology, with an institutional analysis of entrepreneurship in Algeria, and finally we will put forward recommendations to make the industry a real locomotive of growth

الملخص FRE

L‘industrie de part son rôle dans la création de l‘emploi et la diffusion de l‘innovation constitue un vecteur important et demeure un des enjeux majeurs, notamment dans l‘accroissement de la capacité de la compétitivité et le pouvoir de négociation.

Néanmoins, Il est difficile d‘entreprendre dans un contexte où la liberté d‘entreprendre et la situation économique ne sont pas optimales.

L‘Algérie est plombée par une série de problèmes structurels et conjoncturels d‘importance.

Nous aborderons dans cet article les enjeux auxquels se heurte le secteur, pour une meilleure compréhension des facteurs faisant obstacle à l‘éclosion des entreprises industrielles et à leur pérennité.

Ainsi, nous adopterons une méthodologie descriptive avec une analyse institutionnelle de l‘entreprenariat en Algérie, et enfin nous mettrons en avant des préconisations pour faire de l‘industrie une locomotive de croissance
