The aim of the present study is to discover the methods used by civil protection agents against vocational pressures and their differences according to the social situation and their level.

To achieve the goal of the study, we adopted the descriptive approach.

The study sample consisted of (100) For the state of Ouargla.

They responded to the scale of methods of coping with the pressures and to answer the study questions used the arithmetical averages, standard deviations, and analysis of multiple variance.

The results showed that the method employed by the protection agents in their order is a method of resorting to religion.

Isolation and withdrawal came in second and positive re-evaluation came in third.

The results of the study also found that there are statistically significant differences in the use of coping methods among agents according to the social status variable Career.
