The teaching of the Arabic language to speakers of other languages is not only at the Arab level, but also at the global level, especially in the Islamic world.

This noble language derives from the status of the Holy Quran, the Prophet's Hadith, and the Islamic religion.

The objective of this research was to identify the role played by the higher specialized religious centers in the Republic of Turkey in the dissemination of the Arabic language among the Turks as a second language.

The researcher followed in this research the descriptive method based on devising and then evaluating the data required to answer the research questions describing the phenomenon under study And analyzed them to reach concrete results, as a result.

The researcher chose this approach because it is comprehensive and provides the researcher with a lot of information about the phenomenon and its relevance to the subject of the study.

The researcher concluded from this study that the Turkish Republic is interested in teaching Arabic as a foreign language as the language of great religion and the basis of Islamic civilization and its glory.

And cultural, under the supervision of the state and the goal in all of this access in Arabic (learn and teach) to the real goals desired.
