Study investigated the degree of practicing the principles of administrative governance by the principals of Arabic schools within the Greenline.

The study sample consists of (404) teachers from Arabic schools teachers.

The questionnaire consists of (31) items.

The psychometric properties of the questionnaire were verified by statistical and educational methods.

the study find that the arithmetic mean of the estimates of Arab school teachers for the degree of practicing the principles of administrative governance by the principals of Arabic schools within the Greenline, was (2.38), with low degree, and there was no statistically significant differences in the degree of practicing the principles of administrative governance by the principals of Arabic schools within the Greenline according to gender & academic qualification, except accountability domain, for the benefit of female & graduate studies.

And there were statistically significant differences according to the years of experience, for the benefit of (10 years & more).

The study recommended holding training courses, workshops and seminars for teachers on administrative governance and its concepts, and building a model for administrative governance in Arab schools.
