We dealt with the legal study of the exprt's report befor the civil judgiciary through the treatment and authority of the court over his report the judge of subject after reviewing the report of expert may find it better to call him and discuss in the court session and ask some questions to him if the report is ambiguous need to explain or order the expert to correct the luck of his work the judge may not be convinced of the expertise that has been accomplished in order to complement the mandate itsef to issue a judgment of new expertis We also addressed the extent to with the court restricted to the expert's opinion that it has the freedan to take all or part of the report or refuse it and the incoming cansultation that limit the judage's authority to adopt the opinion of the expert whether by legal or judicial principles We have made three suggestions that we be lieve are useful to the expert the judge- the litigant and the judicial work
